To start the returns process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number.
We want you to feel good about fashion, so if your order wasn’t perfect, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and tights cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their packaging. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact.
You can return your order using the form on this page. Simply enter your email address or phone number and your order number, and click start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Once your return request has been approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with instructions for returning your parcel.
There is a charge of £5.50 to cover shipping costs and admin for all returns. This will be deducted from any amount due to be refunded to you.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us.
If you placed your order with one of our sale partners, the order number required for your return may be different. You'll find the correct four-digit order number at the top of the invoice you received with your order.
