Supervisor – John Lewis Concession

About the role

Since 2019, All Good Things has created a treasure trove of beautiful fashion for UK shoppers through our designer outlet stores in Bristol and Birmingham. Now, we’re bringing an exciting, new full-price brand boutique concept to three key John Lewis locations, featuring premium and ethical fashion labels from across Europe, the US and Australasia.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial talent to bring this concept to life at our new concession in John Lewis’ flagship Oxford Street store. You must be enthusiastic, polished and keen to succeed, with an interest in fashion and a dedication to providing the exceptional customer service that All Good Things is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience that delights every shopper and supports the achievement of concession targets.
• Building strong relationships with the John Lewis store team to create a functional trading environment, raise brand awareness in-store, spot commercial opportunities and ensure all operational tasks are completed as required.
• Visual merchandising with a focus on maintaining high store standards.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• A passion for the AGT brand and customer experience
• Flexibility to work hours in line with store needs
• The ability to work independently as well as confidently engage with a wider team
• A strong fashion sense and styling abilities
• Commercial acumen and a hands-on approach
• Ease in thinking on your feet and problem solving quickly and efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Creativity and visual merchandising skills

Our ideal candidate will have no less than two years of retail, visual merchandising and customer service experience in a similar environment and have great knowledge of the fashion industry.
